Our wish is that your policy runs smoothly. You may need to contact us during the policy year to make an amendment to your policy e.g. if you change your address or you may have a general query.
We make the following charges to cover our administration costs for:
- Duplicate documents - £6.00
- All mid-term adjustments - £6.00
- Policy Administration, for setting up and renewal of policy - £6.00
- Cancellation - £6.00

Refund Guarantee
If after receiving your policy documents, the insurance cover does not meet with your requirements, we will refund your premium in full if you return the policy documents to MRL within fourteen days of date of issue and providing no claim has been made.
