Travel Tip - Have a happy healthy flight...

As many of us are jetting overseas this time of year, our handy tips this month look at how you can how you can arrive at your destination feeling fresh and healthy and ready for that sunshine fix!

• Stay hydrated - drink plenty of water and try to avoid coffee, fizzy drinks and excessive alcohol
• Don’t over eat, particularly whilst flying and staying inactive
• Wear loose fitting clothing
• Move as regularly as possible around the cabin and keep your circulation going, particularly if you are flying long-haul. 
• Flight socks are recommended for long-haul flights to improve your circulation
• Whilst sitting in your seat, try and keep your ankles moving and your calf muscles, most airlines now have a range of exercises in their in-flight magazines to help you
• Keep your face hydrated and well moisturised
